I'm so sorry to say that I'm currently putting a hold on all charter school orders.

We are a small family farm, and I want to keep it that way. These kits were created with community in mind. I want to get to know the families who use them. I want the freedom to tuck fresh ingredients from our farm into a kit when I feel inspired to do so.

Unfortunately, working with charter schools has brought more red tape and barriers than I ever anticipated. The latest being requirements that I ship kits directly to families, even when they live right down the street! Not only does that add unnecessary expense, but it also limits what I can include in the kits.

When you open one of our Rooted Discovery kits, I hope your first thought is, "WOW, she put a lot of time into this!" Because I really do. Every project, every activity, every little detail is something I've put thought and care into.

I know it's disappointing that families won't be able to use their charter funds for now. But I sincerely hope you'll still see the value in what we're creating and feel that these kits are worth purchasing out of pocket.

I'm not trying to build a big company. I'm trying to build something meaningful. Something that brings families together, teaches kids skills they'll carry with them, and makes learning exciting again.

Just know that I put my all into each and every kit. And I hope that shows.
