About

Hi, I'm Suzi!

My daughter Kylie and I love spending our days on our little family farm — growing food, caring for animals, and teaching kids how amazing it feels to make and create with their own two hands. 🌿What started as simple kitchen experiments and garden projects has grown into a space where families can slow down, connect, and learn together. We share easy recipes made from real ingredients, herbal remedies straight from the garden, and hands-on classes that bring science, history, and nature to life.Whether we’re making color-changing drinks, crafting farm-fresh dog treats, or baking bread from scratch, our goal is simple: to inspire families to live closer to the earth — one small, meaningful project at a time.

We’d love to have you join us — come learn, play, and grow right alongside us here on the farm. 🌾

🌾 K2 Acres Family Farm School Mission Statement

At K2 Acres Family Farm School, we cultivate curiosity and connection through hands-on learning. Our farm is a living classroom. We believe that when children experience the process of making and growing for themselves, they gain confidence, creativity, and a sense of purpose that can’t be taught from a textbook.

We believe in the power of making things with our hands, hearts, and imagination. Our goal is to inspire children to see that they can make almost anything themselves. Ideas grow wild here, and every project begins with curiosity.

At K2 Acres, learning goes far beyond the classroom. By weaving together history, science, and math through everyday farm experiences we nurture well-rounded kids with real-world skills and problem-solving minds.

We teach that the world isn’t limited by what’s on a store shelf. Instead, it’s an open field waiting for discovery, creativity, and care. With a little imagination and a willingness to get their hands dirty, they can grow not only food but also the knowledge, confidence, and compassion to make their world better.
